Caroline & Adam’s wedding at The Corinthia London in April was such a beautiful and elegant affair.
I started the day with Caroline and the bridal party at the Corinthia Hotel to capture the bridal hair and make up.
Caroline chose a beautiful Sassi Holford wedding dress. This was offset by the most beautiful flowers by Appointment By Design @The Corinthia. Hair was by the fantastic Severin at Hepburn Collection and make up was by the very talented Ana Ospina.
The Corinthia was such a lovely location for the bridal preparation and the lighting and mirrors allowed me to create some interesting photography composition.
Corinthia London Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony took place in the Nelson room and the Northall private dining room was the perfect location for an intimate wedding breakfast. The wedding guests enjoyed the opulent surroundings as they shared their memories of Caroline and Adam.
The Corinthia’s classic interior exudes luxury: think all-white marble and a 1,000-crystal-globe chandelier in the Lobby Lounge. We were spoilt for choice on the locations for photography, and if that wasn’t enough the Corinthia overlooks Victoria Embankment so we also just stepped outside to use the beautiful surroundings of the River Thames.
The evening reception was held in the grand Victorian Ballroom which is lined with huge mirrors and windows.
Caroline and Adam had an amazing and original first dance to the classic “sweet caroline”. This got all the wedding guests on the dancefloor early and the night just flowed from there.
To cap a fairytale wedding day, Soraya and the team at the Corinthia London allowed us special access to the Royal Penthouse.
Caroline and Adam spent a few moments reflecting on their wedding day while I took some wedding portraits with the backdrop of the London skyline at dusk.
