Hopefully you are looking at my website because you would like your amazing memories of your wedding day captured in a complete and elegant way. I have a simple approach to pricing – just one package that gives you everything you need to do that, no fluff and no fillers. This package includes:
"I simply observe the beauty and meaning in events as they are about to happen and I frame them in a more impactful way - to reveal deeper characteristics, which might otherwise be missed."
This approach to photography means that I need to be unobtrusive and part of the furniture - interacting with guests as other guests would, to blend in.
There are times I do direct (during portraits). However, I shoot these in a fluid, relaxed and speedy way to encourage real and natural emotions - they are treated with as much care, skill and optimism as every other part of your story.
Don’t think of me as a “wedding photographer” but as a photographer that will come to your wedding and document it in it’s sincerest form from beginning to end, without aims to stage certain photos that I want for my own portfolio.
A pre-wedding consultation via Skype to get to know you both and your plans for the big day – Me, in the run up to your wedding I am there to help guide you through your planning to help you get the most out of your day – Full license to print and share your images for you and your family and friends – An online slideshow and gallery of your images, a private way to view and share your images with friends and family – USB of fully edited colour images (450+) with black and white copies – Travel and accommodation for England and Wales
£1,650 – Unlimited wedding day coverage, because a lot can happen after the first dance (and you want to be able to remember all the details)!
£1,450 – Unlimited daytime coverage until one hour after the first dance (for when you don’t want any witnesses to the party….)
If there is something else important to you that is missing here: gorgeous albums; multi-day weddings; overseas weddings; great second shooters; a pre-wedding shoot or stunning prints – don’t worry I do all of these, just ask.
Where do you shoot?
If I am available, I will shoot your wedding wherever and whenever it is.
Are you insured?
Yes. I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance up to £5million.
Do you charge extra for travel and accommodation?
If your wedding is outside of England & Wales I do charge for 'economy-standard' travel and accommodation.
What time do you arrive and when do you leave?
I start as early as you would like (the earliest ever was 6am) and I stay until the end of the party - I am there to capture your day. If I left immediately after the first dance I would miss a lot!
Can I share my images on social media?
Yes. They are your images of your wedding, you can do anything you like with them - except to say that you took them!
Will I receive High-Res images?
Yes - both high-resolution and social media sizes will be available for you to download.
What about black and white copies?
You will receive every image in both colour and black & white.
Can I have all of the RAW images you take?
I don't offer this. I typically take over six thousand images at a wedding (e.g to check exposure, calibration, or are part of a burst sequence to prevent blinks). I only edit and send you the keepers.
Do you take family group photos?
Yes. I recommend that you have as few as these as possible to allow you more time to enjoy the reception.
Can I have a second shooter?
Yes. I work with a lot of talented award winning photographers and we all second shoot for each other. You will get two photographers who are both capable of leading a wedding.
How much is a second shooter?
Can I buy an album after the wedding?
Yes. I can add an album to your package for a year after your wedding and I can work with you to sep up a gift register for your wedding album if you wish.
What happens if you can't make it to the wedding?
I am well connected in several communities for established wedding photographers. I will do my best to find you a replacement in any situation.
Do you back-up your images?
Absolutely. I back-up to spare memory while I shoot and make multiple on-site and off-site back-ups once your images are ingested. I recommend that you keep local back-ups of your images when you receive them (but I keep spares forever in case).
How do I secure the date in your diary?
Through payment of a £300 deposit.
When do I need to pay the final balance?
I will send the final balance invoice a month before the wedding date.
Do you take credit card payments?
